This is the registration page showing the members of the group with their registration codes

To register and be included in the database please email your full name, hospital and position:

Membership is STRICTLY limited to Radiologists and PACS administrators currently working in UK only

The CODE: Personalise / organise your cases and mainly avoid duplication and conflicts

Your Code: First 3 letters of first name + First 3 letters of sur name followed by 0001

0001 is the 1st case and increments thereafter for next cases

Example: Sameer Shamshuddin = SAMSHA-0001

Replace PATIENT NAME, PATIENT ID and Study Instance UID with your CODE
